●About room rate

■Private room (breakfast included)
JPY 7,200~ / person (including tax)

・Breakfast made using locally grown ingredients from Nasu is included.
・For customers staying in our guesthouse, Chus's special dinner plan can be added for JPY 2,500 (including tax), Akubi's special dinner plan can be added for JPY 4,180 (including tax). These are a few example menus:
・For customers with children staying in our private rooms, the special dinner is half price for elementary school students and the price for babies is JPY 2,200 (including tax).
・We offer a JPY 1,100 discount from the second night for guests staying in a private room (no discount for children’s rate)

■Dormitory
without Breakfast - JPY 4,000 / person (including tax)
with Breakfast - JPY 5,000 / person (including tax)
・In the Plan with Breakfast, Breakfast made using locally grown ingredients from Nasu is included.
・For customers staying in our guesthouse, Akubi's special dinner plan can be added for JPY 4,180 (including tax). These are a few example menus:
・Guests under 13 years old are not allowed to stay in the dormitory.

We provide Free Wi-Fi, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Towels, and Hairdryer. We also sell other high quality amenities, which you can continue to use after your stay.

●Check-in / Check-out

Check-in 16:00 ~ 19:00
Check-out 9:00 ~ 11:00
＊A cancellation fee will be charged if you do not show up by the end of check in time.
Please let us know if you are running late.

●Cancellation

In case of cancellation, the following fees will be charged:
3 days before the check-in date - 20% of the room rate
2 days before the check-in date - 50% of the room rate
1 day before the check-in date - 80% of the room rate
Cancellation on the day of arrival/ No show - 100% of the room rate

●Lounge Space

We provide a lounge space for guests. You can relax here with your book or a coffee.

●Usage of common rooms
/ facilities

Lounge, shower room, and toilets are for common use. Please be considerate of other guests and keep it clean. Thank you.

●Toilets and shower room

We provide toilets and shower rooms for men/women.

●Small children

Of course, we are happy to have small children staying at our guesthouse. However, please note that we do not have any facilities for use by children.

●Smoking area

Smoking in our guesthouse is prohibited. Please smoke in the designated area located in front of the entrance.

●Parking lot

The parking lot is located behind the guesthouse.

●Preview / Visitors

Please note that non-guest visitors ARE NOT allowed to enter the guesthouse. Additionally, preview before check-in is not available. We appreciate your understanding.
